We here at Paul Raymond are doing a complete site redesign, and are also gearing up to use one of the 2 big affiliate stats companies. I am not quite finished yet deciding which one we will use, but I do have to say that your interface looks and 'feels' nicer. That's quite an important thing to me considering how much time will be spent looking at it on a regular basis!
