Before posting here of all places they would have exhausted everyone on their ICQ list; or they don't have anyone they know well on it that has any cash to play with.
Could have asked people that they know better than a group of people on a board that they have been a member of for less than 30 days.. AKA mom/dad/friends/the mailman etc...
Pawning/selling somethings to reduce the amount needed on the loan or cover it 100%.
But no, the go to was to post a random message to strangers on a public board that they have been a member of for less than 20 days.
Are we to believe that they have a short ICQ, custom 1800 number etc.
Yet no contacts on said ICQ, no family, no friends, no belongings, no savings of their own, no credit card, no line of credit, no nothing, no income to hedge...
