Its amazing such a wonderful world would have such disgusting evils. But it does - that is the world God has placed us in.

What's funny? Is that many of the countries with the worst child pornography records also have the strictest social and religious laws.
Just recently downloaded - again! This picture has been circulating and recirculating on the internet for over 4 years.

The real legal question is - at what age can a person sell their likeness for profit?
At what age can a minor make a legally binding contract to sell their likeness?
In many countries of the world, legislation permits minors to make a legally binding contract for essential needs. Essential needs being food clothing or perhaps shelter.
In the case of nonessentials like candy or toys any contract becomes void.
But what is the international legal age of sexual consent for profit? Most people of the world would agree that it should be higher then the age to make a contract for food or shelter.
Therefore in the case of child pornography graphics it becomes whether a sexual likeness graphic can be considered essential for survival.
Quite simply, if the minor is making a contract to sell personal assets, then it can not be binding until they are legally an adult.
The legal issue is whether - when - she is an adult can action against the person who took the picture, or the websites/corporations which have displayed her underage identity - take place?
The answer is - YES : ) There is a legal basis for minors to sue for compensation and punitive damages, if their identity is used for commercial profit.
