That if someone post a link asking "is this CP?" that you DO NOT click on it. Just suggest the person report it.
If you think you are immune from being investigated just because you don't have any interest in this crap, just remember what happened to Pete Townsend.

Q. I'd like to hunt down these sites for the purpose of reporting them, could I get into trouble with the authorities?
A. This is a complicated question to answer with certainty. Laws do vary around the world. In the U.S. it is illegal to download, transmit, publish, or be in possession of child pornography for any reason. It is not illegal if you find yourself on one of these websites, exit it, and report it. However, if you surf such websites on an ongoing basis for the purpose of reporting, there is the potential to attract the attention of your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and the authorities. We do not recommend this, but we do encourage everyone that comes across such sites to report them immediately thereafter.
