A "rest"? Lol! It's no skin off my teeth one way or another. I'm just calling it like I see it.

You went to get a job at Hostess. You have no choice but to join the union. The union takes money out of every paycheck you got. You work your ass off and try to make a living for your family. The union loses your job for you.

That's what happened. Plain and simple. Hostess needed workers. Workers need jobs. The union is in the middle driving up costs. I don't care what the "executives" get paid. I own my own company and I pay myself as much as I possibly can. That's why I'm in business.

If a worker bee doesn't like that...they should start their own company. That's what I did. I have never worked for anyone in my whole life.

But if you don't want to take the risks, and instead want a safe guaranteed paycheck to build your life around...then it would piss you off if the union (that you never had a choice but to join & takes your money every paycheck) negotiated you right out of your job.

For us it's just a debate on GFY. For one of those people who lost their jobs...it's a complete disaster. Their kids, their future, even having a home to live in and food to eat.

But keep in mind: Hostess will go down, workers have lost their livelihoods...but the Union is still filthy rich and getting money from all the other workers at other companies.

Nice.
