like a crazy man, Bill Nye believes that green house emissions and other chemicals / gaseous by products of industrial activity are depleting our protective ozone layer and bringing rise to global average temperatures, permanently changing our climate and causing irreversible damage to our ability to grow crops, raise livestock, and stay comfortable in August. Thus he is a supporter of "Man Made" global warming.
The fine people who responded to Mr. Cain understand that this is not possible, that we feeble humans could never effect change of that magnitude on a celestial body created by the almighty. Their science understands that thermometers work, so they know that Global Warming exists, but the difference is, they are smart enough to know that it only exists because once upon a time Baby Jesus died, then decided he had some unfinished business, so he came back from the dead and said to everyone "hey, I want you to start counting up instead of down, do it really slowly, when you get to 2000, I'm going to warm this mother fucker up, it's going to be a real party, but you are feeble, so there is nothing you can do about it" then he died again.
