XSEO, where did I say you need to kiss anyone's ass? All I am saying is that one's actions, and the language they use, gives other potential customers an insight into that company's professionalism, or lack thereof.
Being polite and courteous doesn't equate to ass kissing. Maybe to you it does, but for others it most certainly does not.
We'll just have to agree to disagree as to what constitutes professionalism.
In any case, I'm not going to argue about it. Good luck getting things resolved.
