It's hard to limit my answer to three, so I'll skip the legends and current UFC champions and name three other fighters whose style I enjoy:
Frank Mir- I enjoy his arm breaking submissions and liked him as a commentator too.
Dennis Siver- I like watching his awesome spinning back kick.
Cung Le- Love his martial arts style and spinning punches and kicks.
