I just searched and found that dvtimes thread (wow, GFY search is finally working?!), and imvho, there is no doubt in my mind what Paul meant with his post.
THere's no pussy footing around the fact that he was saying that teachers had to be very strong *not* to do untold things (like discuss the last Eastenders episode etc) to 15 year olds, since all teenagers are all fucking each other.

I honestly cannot see how anyone of an adult age can imagine screwing a kid. And 18 to me is fucking young.
