That is a lot of sugar; juicing like that might be tasty but it is not going to help you lose weight and will likely have the opposite effect.
The juice we just had included: dandelions, spinach, garlic, ginger, cilantro, kale, okra, celery, apple, orange, pear, strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, zucchini, cauliflower, asparagus
We try to get 50/50 fruits and veggies with as much color as possible.
