You've got some nice material in those sites, its unfortunate that they look like they were designed with Frontpage 98.
Just a suggestion, take it or leave it.
Widen that layout and replace the god awful preview bordered clip thumbs with an FLV player like JW or Flowplayer. If you just did those two things...I have no doubt you will increase signups...
