doing one up every once in a while is fine, but if you are drinking these often you aren't going to lose much at all, BELIEVE ME i've tried it myself! Do salads instead, switch up the vegetables and ingredients you use often to keep them from getting boring and it will help the variety in nutrients you get.

That is why I prefer blending then juicing. Some do not like the texture of blended fruits and veggies but when you had coconut water and bit of cranberry juice it goes down well and you do not lose any of the good nutrients.
With that said I am wayyy to much of a hardcore epicurean to stick to salads and good stuff only
