The critically acclaimed documentary ?Danland? about Immoral Productions colorful owner ?Porno? Dan Leal will be airing this weekend at the St. Louis International Film Festival and SF DocFest?s. A lively, explicit portrait of nice guys pornographer Dan Leal and his ill-fated attempts at real intimacy? it was shot over a three and half year period by director Alexander Berger.
The ill-fated odyssey of the entrepreneur is both intriguing and entertaining. Leal who was just starting his adult film career at the time, would one day become the owner of Immoral Productions which earned 25 XBIZ & AVN Nominations in 2012, including Studio of the Year. He tries his best to balance his life between his dreams of owning a porn studio and finding true love.
