This has happened.
It was, in fact, the ONLY day during eight years in office that Bill and Hillary Clinton took their daugther, Chelsea, out of school. It was the historic day when Israel and Palestine signed the peace treaty under the supervision from President Clinton himself.
Unfortunately, the peace didn't last very long.
