Hamas - and the Palestinians - are going about this wrong. Their solution is always to go to war, and they get bitch smacked. They need to do what the Jews did rally the rest of the world around their cause. I understand this is a tall order and even more so going up against Israel and their world wide propaganda, but that's the only way this is gonna work.

I totally agree with you but what court could Palestinians take the Israelis to? They aren't able to take them to the International Court because they aren't a state member of the UN. Now that they are trying to get that Israel keeps telling them not to, as does the US.
Well then what about the UN? Again with the UN you see things like a recent vote about the settlements in the West Bank where almost every country agreed to condemn them just to have the US veto the resolution on Israel's behalf. I don't think the veto has been used to protect any country more than it has been used to protect Israel.
So what can the Palestinians do now? They've tried the court thing - didn't work. They've tried a ceasefire in 2008 but Israel broke that ceasefire. What do they have left?
