Why are you calling tp_preload_js.js five times? I'd imagine once would be fine.

Try this
Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://#####.com/wp-content/plugins/traffic_player_pro/tp_preload_js.js"></script>
<a href="#" class="tp_code" rel_path="http://#####.com/wp-content/plugins/traffic_player_pro/" id="pt_plugin_29"></a>
<br />
<a href="#" class="tp_code" rel_path="http://#####.com/wp-content/plugins/traffic_player_pro/" id="pt_plugin_30"></a>
<br />
<a href="#" class="tp_code" rel_path="http://#####.com/wp-content/plugins/traffic_player_pro/" id="pt_plugin_31"></a>
<br />
<a href="#" class="tp_code" rel_path="http://#####.com/wp-content/plugins/traffic_player_pro/" id="pt_plugin_36"></a>
<br />
<a href="#" class="tp_code" rel_path="http://#####.com/wp-content/plugins/traffic_player_pro/" id="pt_plugin_37"></a>
