as a Taco Bell manager of 7 years, I worked the first year from 6pm to 4 am 4 days a week for an entire year.
This created one of the worst sleeping patterns I have ever had in my life.
I couldn't get to bed until around 10-11 am and would sleep until 5 pm almost every day.
learned about melatonin and in about 2 weeks i was back to going to bed and waking up at normal hours.
