I suspect that we were ripped off by him.
We've paid him serious enough amount of money for some software and hosting 1.5 weeks ago by PayPal... He stated that our server and software will be set up in 2-3 days and that we will receive copy of software.
More than 1.5 weeks passed - no server, no copy of software, no
explaination.
If anyone thinks I'm wrong about him - please reply.
