if republicans dropped their 1950's social views in favor of modern ones, they'd get a lot more votes. it would also help if their candidate wasn't scrooge mcduck/the monopoly guy. people want to vote in progressive thinking people, not those who think the only real americans are nuclear families who go to church every sunday.
