Do this: Get an account with Paypal. Once done follow the instructions to get "subscription billing + trial period". This lets you bill your client a down payment for the service (say, $300) + automatic recurring billing of say, $300.

When you get this setup contact Paypal and ask them exactly what you need to do to remain a good user of Paypal, avoid chargebacks, and most importantly, win a chargeback. Paypal will be more than happy to help you with this.
