Joe Obenberger told me (6 months ago?) that he was filing a FOI (Freedom of Information Act) to the USDOJ (or, the congressional committee affected) for the USDOJ's testimony of their enforcement actions of §2257 (to be reported annually) to congress (as the statute requires).

As Joe has not reported a reply -- I can only assume that the FOI request is "in motion" ...
