There is nothing that will stop a card not present chargeback if in any way you dont disclose all aspects of a sale to the customer.. If for any reason they think that the product or service you are providing is not what they thought it was then you will most likely lose the chargeback. Paypal wont be any different in this regard and neither will most of the wallet type alternative payment methods that are similar to Paypal..
Just trying to help but in the recurring billing world, $300 a month is pretty high.. Think about it another way.. Mobile Phone bill is usually anywhere from $90-$130 a month... Cable or Sat TV services from $40-$150.. Internet Services 40$ for residential..
These are all pretty much the "cant live without" things.. at $300 a month your service or product should be on par with these things or chargebacks will happen no matter what payment method you accept..

Looked into Dwolla.com it takes too long for the initial account setup, need something that can be done instantly or same day if possible...
That definitely makes sense, that is why I am trying to figure out the best solution to fight chargebacks or find something were it isn't possible all together etc.
