I know a bomb is the wrong tool to stop a hurricane and the article I linked to says as much. But the point is that humans do not possess
any tool with enough power to stop, create or modify a hurricane.
The basics physics are that we simply do not possess anything powerful enough to do any of the things that conspiracy nuts claim can be done. Tesla would be the first one to tell you so.
I'd say watch out for the fake science that conspiracy nuts use to peddle their outlandish claims. Conspiracy theorists really do come across like the religious nuts and their theories of intelligent design and that the world is only 6000 years old. They believe their theories because they read them in a book. Conspiracy nuts believe their theories because they read them on some random website or saw a Youtube video produced by some dork in his parent's basement.
