Let's see - you were shut down once for violating our terms by using misleading subject lines, and violating trademarks and copyrights of other US corporate entities. You said then that you didn't realize that was a violation of our terms. Up to the point prior to the mailing in which you violated the terms, things had been going well, so we decided to give you a second chance. You then proceeded to violate the terms in
precisely the same way.
What can I say? We gave you a second chance, and you decided not to follow the terms again. This time you don't get paid. End of story.
