Actually it can take much longer than that depending on your program and how their site is setup. I would estimate that it would be closer to 3 months than it would be to 3 weeks to convert free signups.
Also I think over time these accounts spend more and more once they start spending which is why RevShare is the easy choice for cam traffic. Some guy spends $5 bucks to see his first live cam show then within a couple weeks he is throwing $50 tips and bullshit like that.
