I haven't seen the video, but presumably it's more than some guy saying "I don't think we got to the moon", but rather someone looking at available evidence and questioning it.
Of course, if it was, say, a Youtube video of the Mythbusters guys, with the help of NASA, actually demonstrating step by step that the Moon landings can be simulated on earth, while arguing that it really happened, that's different, right? Because they're saying what you want to believe.
