Yea the video shows Ryan has zero understanding of a leadership role. Even if the guy was a heckler trying to get shit on vid it would have been extremely easy for Ryan to take control of that situation.

Instead of trying the brush the guy off and offering candy like the asshole he is, he could have used it as opportunity to say.. Listen "this" is how we plan to fix things. He could have very easily taken control of that situation and acted like a reasonable "leader" whom intend to work for Americans and not just for a campaign vote.
