The book didn't say anything, because it did not exist. And it still does not exist. Here's one of the things he said after being caught though:
"I have felt for a long time that it is part of my duty [...] to speak loudly about the millions of dollars being made by American banks and credit card companies for the pornography industry."
See? He is not to blame for getting out his credit card to pay for illegal porn with children, it's the pornography industry's fault.
