i'm in sydney and i always get my plan speed ay.....plus they have awesome support phone and on there website
also no contract which is awesome...plus they give a dial up for backup or when your not using the dsl so its great if you go on holiday in oz
oh and forgot to mention iinet will install a home plan in a business location which is great i know many businesses now running adsl from there offices saving a shit load compared to business plans
