One interesting thought in this whole argument, that nobody has brought up, is that the very purpose of his free porn board was to be used for illegal purposes.
Don't worry about the passwords being handed-out. Don't worry about the hotlinking. Don't worry about the entire members areas going up. Just think about the main point-- re-posting photos from free porn sites.
That's not legal. Just because a site allows you to view something for free, on their site, does not mean you have the right to re-post it anywhere.
Free porn sites make their money off of links on their site. That pays for their hosting, and more importantly for the images they use.
Copyright is about the right to distribte copies of information, and the only person who can give that right to someone is the copyright holder. If you encourage people to re-post images from those sites, you are violating copyright as much as if its content from a paysite.
