I'm a bit of a night owl and go to Wal-Mart to pick up all my groceries at 2am. You get less interruptions, get in and out much quicker, and get to see the people that live cracks in your town.
I'm speeding along and apparently was doing 42 in a 30 coming back. The cop that pulls me over is my next door neighbor. I didn't get the immediate hint when he told me exactly where I lived before seeing my ID and info
He had wits to think that it would be awkward seeing me everyday after fining me $100, in addition to the fact he got several gift cards from me for clipping some branches in my yard.
Apparently working 3rd shift as a cop has it's perks, there was a naked man that escaped the hospital here in town today (the hospital is just down the road from where I live) and was running around my neighborhood, hiding in bushes. Good riddance
Well, that's my story for the night. My cupboard and fridge are stocked from my biweekly grocery runs. I like 3rd shift, hardly any interruptions.
