Hey ArielRebel. Well the problem isn't the tube sites themselves or even the idea of user uploads. The problem with sites like Pornhub is that they deliberately seem to have policies which encourage the proliferation of pirated content. If you get some time look up Youtube's so-called Three Strikes policy. In brief what 3 strikes means is that after a user has three DMCA complaints their account is suspended and all content is removed. So if the user is a big pirate on Youtube and uploaded 5,000 Ariel Rebel videos all those videos would be disabled after they are suspended without you having to send 5,000 DMCA requests.
The difference between Manwin's tube properties and Youtube is that Manwin has no such policy. Instead they seem to go to great lengths to make it tedious for the content owner forcing them to have to constantly play whack-a-mole. Many have suggested to Fabian that he implement three strikes but to dae as far as I know it has never been done.
I'm actually a fairly reasonable person. Believe it or not but I even have sites which accept user uploads. But like I said the failure of Manwin to implement three strikes along with all the games to justify it suggests to me that they are purposely profiting off of the theft of your content.
