It's also better for affiliates to promote these programs. Ratios tend to be better when the full scenes are getting removed. It can be tricky to realize this until it's too late when you are a sponsor. At first all those sales from Pornhub might seem for free but there's a hidden cost which you will see in due time. In doesn't take a genius to see why or how this is.
Promo content won't cause this as much but even that will hurt your affiliates when the ratios fall (because their surfers have already seen it at Pornhub) and likely cause some of them to stop promoting you or leave the business. There will be some consequences from that too such as loss of the free backlinks and traffic as they leave.
