Full Windows 8 on a tablet and I might finally be interested in buying a tablet since it can run any program I want, not just apps.
But Windows 8 is part of a larger strategy so the Xbox, tablets, and windows phone all work exactly the same way. Microsoft is calling part of this "smart glass" where you can move seamlessly between each device.
