I believe the answer is much simpler than you think. She just don't eat shit at McDonald's, KFC and other scrapyards.
P.S. I became about 10 kilograms fatter during just a few weeks in the USA while we were traveling across the country and were eating in roadside "krusty burgers". Guys, how can you eat that garbage? It's so fuckin' tasteless, fat and nasty
