Rochard - It's really not German, it just approximately looks that way because it's one of those "languages" that's actually low dialect of German, like Dutch or Danish. This paper is published in Antwerp, and for the moment it escapes me what the version of low German spoken in Belgium is called. Flemish, perhaps?
