so about todays ribs..

I got it figured just the way I like it now... dry rub, with a bit of chili powder, honey and jam.. AND THEN... injected with apple juice and brown sugar... 2 hours in the smoker, wrapped 1 hour then up on the grill 20-30 min low heat... with a BBQ mop... just doesn't get any better...
