Paxum still haven't replied concerning our original report, however seem to have notified ACIUF they've ceased processing for DownloadNoLimit, nor have they replied about signing an information sharing agreement.

As far as I'm aware we have not yet received an agreement from you. On October 3rd we sent an email to you stating the following

you did respond to us stating what you guys do but you did not include any sort of agreement.
We did indeed get your notification regarding DownloadNoLimit.com - at the time that you sent this over to us we had already been investigating the site from previous reports regarding them. Action was taken against that account holder based on complaints previous to yours. Since a press release was issued regarding the matter, I assumed there was no need to respond to your follow-up email about the status.
If you have an agreement you would like us to sign, please go ahead and send it over and we will have the proper people within our company look it over.
