McKinnon commited his crime on British soil, he may have hacked American computers but he never left the UK, America are saying that a law they made that they want to extend around the world is valid in the UK, which it isnt, he should and proberbly will be tried under British law. Abu Cunt commited crimes in various countries and Shrien was is South Africa when his incident took place. Thats why the cases are different.
