If it's just a subcutaneous injection...then it would be like one of those tiny insulin needles and you would just pinch your skin and put the needle just under the layer of skin. You wouldn't feel a thing.
But you're right...the thought of stabbing myself with a needle in the dick would scare me too bad!
On the other hand, if a guy makes his living by having a hard cock that never goes limp so that pics and vids can be shot without long delays and potential failure...then it's easy to understand why the use of caverjact was so widespread before viagra.
