Weinstein wont go after gay porn. The gay community is his power and money base.
At AHF's press conference back in September I asked him directly if he was going to "protect" the gay performers in SF. He stammered and stuttered saying they use condoms in most of their shoots already.
The only problem with that belief is that they only use it for anal. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes and HPV can still be spread via oral sex. But he thinks they are safe.
