I never said to try to defraud the insurance company or try to get more money. I said he needs to have an attorney explain exactly what the insurance company is trying to do. They have lawyers write the letters, you need one to read it. An average person cannot understand everything that may or may not be directly stated in a letter that an attorney writes.
If it were simple, the insurance companies would not have their law firms writing these things to begin with.
