If he's in front of a Tea Party Audience, he will say one thing. This is what he did all throughout the primaries. Now that he needs the center, he is changing, or should i say "refining" his views. If the views he expressed in the debate, were the same views he expressed in the primaries, he probably would have never won the primaries.

So in a nutshell, he was one candidate to the base of his party, and now he has to be a different candidate to the center. Yet because of that, he now needs to "refine" almost everyting he's said in the past. I use the word "refine" here liberally, because if look at reality, what he really is doing is making major changes to his position in the last month. He went from a full repeal of Dodd-Frank, to a partial repeal. He went from hating Obamacare and repealing it, to adopting the most popular parts of it. And he went from a guy who cried about signficiantly less government, yet seems to portray the fact with him there will be no pain or major reductions. If you look at his foreign policy changes, he'll agree with Obama's popular parts, but then say other stuff about the negative parts. He wants to have his cake and eat it too, or at least portray that to the population. "I want to reduce taxes for all AND reduce the deficit" yet his #s don't add up, and he has no details. Actually, its reliant on the fact that it will work and tax revenue will naturally increase, but of course, he won't discuss the downside if it doesn't work, which would effectively just make the deficit significantly larger LOL. Obama's plan is more reasonable and risk averse to the question - well what if things don't go my way? Mitt's plan is a head first dive, if the tax cuts dont stimulate the economy, well, we are 5 trillion deeper in the hole, and rich people are now more rich. w00t w00t (im rich).

In a nutshell, no one knows who Mitt Romney really is.
I would tend to believe the real Mitt Romney is the one we saw in the 47% video, among his "people" and naively thinking that no one in the room had a cell phone. So in addition to being an asshole, he's also a fucking idiot.

He got a nice bump from the debate, because he just told lies and was contradictory to his own views -- and I'm not surprised people fell for that shit. Most people are retarded.
