buying traffic is the fastest way to get some users on your site. Usually people buying skimmed traffic from TrafficHolder or TrafficShop. this traffic has rather low quality but in the same time it's cheap (from 1$ per 1k users).

The better ways to build traffic are:
1. build some SEO traffic: write good titles, descs and get some HQ link exchanges.
2. Upload videos to other tubes with your watermarks.
