Aged celeb site with traffic and revenue

Description: Celeb content, focused on celebrity nipple slips. Used it for synergy with other celeb sites, now mostly doing very different things so trying to clear out some old stuff for less things to maintain/pay attention to. Site is Wordpress running Thesis theme.
Age of site: 6+ years old. Established July 2006.
Revenue: Site has made $582 this year through Elite Dollars. I'm guessing this could be optimized, the ratio is 1:2355. I don't have banners matching pages that are getting traffic, etc. Can send screenshot for serious inquiries.
Traffic: Has done 17k-35k uniques per month this year, usually in the 20s. Traffic counter in the lower part of sidebar is public to verify.

Traffic comes from search and any links I have to the site that I control will stay up indefinitely. If you're worried about this I can sign a contract saying they will stay up for a year or something arbitrary. This site used to earn $3-4k a month from being ranked in the top 2-3 for "nipple slip", "nipple slips", "celebrity nipple slips" and longer tail stuff, but it has just had no updates and I haven't had time for it.
I also got a little disillusioned with the whole thing back when the program I was using at the time went under in 2010 owing me a few grand, and I put it on the back burner then and never got back to it.
