But lets say I'm promoting a big tube by making a 'fake tube' by embedding those videos or have a blog doing the same thing or embedding any other video from another site that allows embedding. When a copyrighted video that isn't supposed to be on the original site is DMCA'ed and taken down, it becomes unavailable for everyone that has it embedded too. How else would the sites with the embedded content know about it?
And if the video is knowingly stolen in the first place, the video should be reported and not wonder if you should embed that one or not...
