First off, it's probably in the phone book.
Second, when he registered his domain name, he has to provide that information. That information becomes public and is viewable to anyone who knows how to find a whois site.

you're acting like he was never contacted in the past. his forum has been posted many times here. he's been contacted several times in the past. we finally decided to go to his host. he could have listened when others contacted him, even if it was in an "authoritative or legal eagle" manner.
