I'm looking to test out a serious seo strategy I'm developing with a university scientist on a non-adult niche.

We may be targeting mortgage refinancing or credit cards. (Which strikes me as cluttered target.)

Any advice on alternatives? (or better places to ask?)

I'm pretty in tune with a broad variety of adult conversion ratios- but in the interest of attracting the broadest seo customer base, we're starting with a mainstream case study.
