Crazy how something as simple as syrup needs protected transportation nowadays but the truth is, as our climate keeps getting warmer up here, it's fucking up the maple run. Causing many people to lose their asses over it. Only flows once a year during a very specific time frame and depends on near-exact temperatures to get the flow started. It's literally sweet gold.
