soaked 2 chicken breast and a turkey beast in brine over night, dry rubbed those puppy's up, a touch of ghost pepper powder and then injected those fuckers with an apple juice, butter and brown sugar mix... 1 hour open in the smoker, 2 hours wrapped on the chicken then 1 hour open with BBQ sauce, kept the turkey breast wrapped 3 hours...
wow.... the turkey is falling off the bone, the chicken is amazing... man, do I love the smoker... going for a grill right now. I think need to get a nice finish on the ribs
have a sirloin roast going to do tomorrow... any thoughts on what to inject? thinking a bit of beef broth with garlic... been sitting in the fridge for a day all 'rubbed' up ...
